Return Policy: 7th Avenue Store will accept returns for an exchange or for a refund only if the merchandise is in original purchase condition with its original retail packaging and only within 30 days from the date of shipment. There are NO RETURNS for any costumes purchased. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. All returns must be authorized by e-mail prior to return. You are REQUIRED to have a RA (Return Authorization) number before returning any items for any reason. You may acquire a RA number by emailing us. (please include the name of the person who purchased the merchandise). All returns must include the original receipt or invoice and a brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the product. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable and shipping charges for merchandise returns are the responsibility of the customer. We will not accept returns of products damaged as a result of misuse or neglect. Customer may want to insure the package, as 7th Avenue Store will not be held responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Customer will receive refund upon our receipt and satisfactory inspection of the merchandise.

Cancellation Requests: In an effort to get orders shipped promptly, 7th Avenue Store uses an automated order processing system. Orders are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In most cases, the orders will ship the same business day they were entered, excluding National Holidays. Orders can ship within 10 minutes of payment, as our shipping carriers make multiple pickups on a daily basis. If an order has already been shipped, 7th Avenue Store will be unable to cancel that order. If the cancellation process needs to continue at this juncture, follow the Return Policy steps as defined above. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to any order that has been processed that is on the shipping dock awaiting pick-up.

Limited Warranty: 7th Avenue Store warrants that, under normal usage, its merchandise will be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of shipment unless otherwise noted. Any warranty claims must be made with the manufacturer unless otherwise noted. 7th Avenue Store will not refund, credit or cover shipping expenses for warranty item returns or warranty item replacements under any circumstance. 7th Avenue Store is not liable for misuse of its products. This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, neglect, alteration, failure to follow instructions, shipping damage or damaged packaging. Items deemed defective can only be returned for a replacement item as long as they are within the warranty period. 7th Avenue Store EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESSED WARRANTIES NOT OTHERWISE STATED AND INFLATABLES PLUS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

International Orders: The recipient of any 7th Avenue Store merchandise delivered outside of the United States or it's territories is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and/or import fees to the appropriate authority.

All credit cards originating outside of the United States must have the same name and billing address as the individual placing the order. 7th Avenue Store reserves the right to demand proof of credit card ownership and deny or cancel any order in which such proof is suspicious or cannot be provided.
